Individual Sessions

Australian Hypnosis offer professional services such as Counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Huna and Trinfinity8™.

The office is located in Ashmore on the Gold Coast.

Sessions take approximately one hour, however our stop smoking program consists of two, 1.5 hour sessions.

Training and Workshops

Carolyn holds a Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment and is an experienced facilitator and is an accredited trainer in Hypnosis, NLP and Time Line Therapy™ Techniques.

Carolyn has lived and worked in England and Holland as well as Australia (Where she currently resides) and has successfully helped many people to achieve the results they desire.

Meditations

In today’s day and age there are many stresses that are placed upon us and many find it hard to relax and switch off. Australian Hypnosis and Carolyn would like to help you reduce your stress, increase your state of consciousness and bring forward some more clarity for the issues that you are facing. Therefore various types of meditations are run from Carolyn’s offices in Ashmore.
